Cancellation Policy
If attendance is cancelled within 3 weeks of the training 50% of the fee will be charged. If attendance is cancelled within one week of the commencement of the training the full fee will be charged.
HIA Teaching
PHCM9628 Health Impact Assessment (6 Units of Credit)
This course covers the process of health impact assessment, it's theoretical background, history and applications. Students will have an opportunity to gain practical experience by undertaking the initial steps of health impact assessment.
The course is open to students enrolled in postgraduate programs through the school of Public Health and Community Medicine at UNSW. It takes a practical and interactive approach. This course is suitable for students who wish to gain a basic grounding in health impact assessment, with opportunities for more detailed investigation of specific concepts.
This course is an elective available within UNSW School of Public Health and Community Medicine’s Postgraduate Programs, comprising 6 Units of Credit.
